Summary :
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Flexor Gluer / Folder – Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has strong numerical skills and mechanical aptitude to set up and operate machinery that runs on metric measurements. While previous experience is preferred, we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude and ability to learn. This role plays a key part in ensuring machines are set up accurately to meet production specifications.
Responsibilities :
- Set up, adjust, and operate the Flexor Gluer / Folder machine according to production needs.
- Read and interpret measurements (metric system) to ensure proper machine adjustments.
- Perform quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate larger maintenance needs to the team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
