As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—all from the comfort of your home.

Responsibilities

  • Provide online SAT Writing and Language tutoring to students via the Varsity Tutors platform.
  • Set your own schedule and tutor as much as you’d like.
  • Use the Live Learning Platform and AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions and save preparation time.
  • Get matched with students who fit your teaching style and expertise; invoice for tutoring sessions and receive payments handled by Varsity Tutors.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
  • Expertise in SAT Writing and Language with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
  • Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Experience tutoring or teaching; graduate-level education is a plus.
