Overnight Security Guard

The Hyatt Regency Atlanta Perimeter at Villa Christina is hiring a Security Guard. This is a Full Time, Overnight position. Weekend and Holiday availability required.

Responsibilities :

• The Security Agent will report to the Manager on Duty and will respond and handle guest and security issues.
• Manage situations according to hotel policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure the security of the hotel assets, guests, and team members.
• Patrol the hotel to ensure guests and team members are safe and the hotel is secure.
• Answer in-house calls and assist team members and guests as needed.
• Initiate investigations, write up incident reports, monitor investigations, and ensure property follow-up and communication.
• Support transportation and guest services needs as directed by the manager on duty.
