The Order Management Specialist ensures orders are processed accurately, on time, and in compliance with policies. This role manages the full process of fulfilling customer contracts and works closely with sales, service teams, customers, and other key departments.

- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the order process.
- Review and enter orders, manage backlogs, and implement changes to maximize revenue.
- Follow policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Provide shipping and billing instructions based on contract terms.
- Coordinate with Installation, Applications, Manufacturing, and Sales teams regarding order status and logistics.
- Identify and categorize order submission errors.
- Proactively resolve issues or escalate them when necessary to meet customer commitments.
- Support integration of new products and business requirements.
- Collaborate with other Order Management teams to handle multi-business deals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends during peak periods.
