The General Manager of Southern Air Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical will oversee all aspects of a location's day-to-day operations, financial activities, and peopleboth customers and employees. The individual will drive growth, performance metrics, create culture and develop all staff and management, constantly striving to be a world-class operator and helping others to do the same.

Financial :
Development and execution of strategy producing revenueImpacts and increases key metrics including conversion percentage, average invoice, PM plansCustomer Satisfaction :

3+ years Management / Supervisory experience required (Home Services, Sales Manager, Construction Management, or Military Leadership experience)3+ years' experience managing revenue, budgeting and / or P&L requiredLeader in current field of workSkilled Trades and / or Residential Services experience a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to apply critical thinking, risk analysis and develop solutionsSalary & Benefits :
