A Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing activities, ensuring high-quality patient care, and providing leadership within the nursing team. CNCs may also handle administrative tasks related to the unit, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and train nursing staff.

Clinical Nurse Coordinator
Under the general supervision of the unit’s director, the CNC assumes responsibility for direction and coordination of all functions in the unit on his / her designated shifts. In collaboration with other members of the management team, this individual is responsible for the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in unit.

Prior Charge Nurse experience required (this is necessary for the Day Shift)

General Comments
Salary Estimate : $34.24 - $45.75
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000
Relocation : $5,000 (Must Be Over 50 Miles from Facility)
