Incident & Problem Manager
Seeking an experienced Incident & Problem Manager with 4-6 years in Incident Management and a strong understanding of ITIL principles. The role focuses on managing IT incidents, conducting root cause analyses, and improving service quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee incident resolution, prioritization, and escalation.
- Conduct trend analysis and post-mortems to prevent recurring issues.
- Establish and enforce SLAs for incident response.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as an escalation point for major incidents.
- Develop and maintain incident & problem management processes using ServiceNow.
- Implement and improve best practices in problem management.
Must-Haves :
4-6 years of Incident Management experienceStrong ITIL knowledge (certification preferred)Proficiency in ServiceNow and MS Office SuiteExcellent communication and leadership skills
