We are seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our client's team based in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in managing large-scale electrical projects, specifically in healthcare high-rise, data centers, and light industrial sectors. This role requires the candidate to be based in Dallas, with a willingness to travel to project sites across Texas, New Mexico, and Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Successfully manage and oversee electrical projects valued at $20M+
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide updates to stakeholders
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and project management best practices
- Manage project schedules, resources, and subcontractors
- Travel to project sites as required, ensuring on-site presence and effective management
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Superintendent with over 5 years of experienceDemonstrated success in managing large-scale projects ($20M+)Expertise in healthcare high-rise, data center, and light industrial projectsStrong supervisory and leadership skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to travel frequently and manage projects across various locationsLocal to the Dallas / Fort Worth area or willing to relocate (relocation assistance provided)Employment stability and a strong track record of successful project deliveryIdeal Candidate
