Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN with a NC or compact license for a Cath Lab position with variable weekday scheduling and weekend call coverage.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a hospital Cath Lab unit
  • Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 4 ten-hour day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM with one variable day off
  • Weekend call coverage is required and will be discussed during the interview
  • Floating may be required within the hospital
  • Use of Meditech EMR is not required
  • Responsibilities include assisting with cardiac catheterization procedures and patient care in the Cath Lab
  • Locals are accepted at the same pay rate
  • Weekend and on-call coverage is required
  • Current or past staff are not eligible to return as travelers
  • Candidates must be prepared to complete required lab work within 72 hours of contract signing

  • Active NC or compact RN license required
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association are preferred
  • Recent experience working in a hospital Cath Lab setting required
  • Two professional references required for consideration
