Washington Licensed Valuations Analyst

A company is looking for a Valuations Analyst who will be responsible for valuing prospective deals and determining pricing strategies for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Determine pricing strategies to maximize ROI for acquired properties and manage turnaround times for dispositions

Collaborate with Sales and Construction Departments on pricing decisions, budgets, and scopes of work

Ensure accuracy of property valuations across the US and meet turnaround objectives for all valuations

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential property valuations or underwriting

Appraisal license or completion of all appraisal coursework (preferred)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)

Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technology
