Plumber

Plumber Position

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled plumber to join our team, working on commercial construction projects such as apartment complexes and commercial buildings. The role requires you to work from 7 a.m. to 3 : 30 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch and a 15-minute break in the morning. You will be responsible for a variety of plumbing tasks, all within a one-hour radius of Cleveland.

Responsibilities :

• Run water and drain lines.
• Install gas lines, sanitary drain lines, and hot water tanks.
• Install roof drains and storm lines.
• Install gas lines to furnaces.
• Work with various materials such as PVC, copper, and cast iron.
• Perform underground work.
• Use Propress and soldering techniques.

Work Environment :

You will be working on commercial construction projects typically within a one-hour radius of Cleveland. The role requires the use of tools such as a tape measure, level, and wrenches. Personal protective equipment includes steel-toe boots and jeans. Safety vests, hard hats, and high-visibility gear are provided. This is a hands-on role that requires you to work with diverse materials in a dynamic construction environment.

Job Type & Location :

This is a contract to hire position based out of Medina, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
