Job Opportunity : Full-Time Anesthesiologist in Jackson, MI Join a dynamic and collaborative medical team at a Level 2 Trauma Center located in the vibrant city of Jackson, Michigan. As an Anesthesiologist with fellowship training in Critical Care, you'll play a critical role in delivering quality patient care within a thriving ICU and surgical team. Job Responsibilities : Provide 8 12 weeks of service per year in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU), including home call coverage. Oversee a growing team of Advanced Practice Providers managing complex post-operative patients. Deliver comprehensive anesthesia services, including general operating room coverage, obstetric anesthesia, and healthy pediatric cases. Share OR call duties proportionally based on ICU coverage. Participate in clinical decision-making, protocol development, and care coordination. Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities with residents and Advanced Practice Providers. Utilize Epic EMR for seamless and integrated patient documentation. Join an innovative department focused on clinical excellence and continuous improvement. Must be available to start ASAP. Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates. Qualifications : Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. Fellowship trained in Critical Care Medicine. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. License and Certification Requirements : Valid Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain). BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start). DEA and CSR / CDS certifications must be obtained prior to start. Current COVID and flu vaccinations required. Clean malpractice and license history.
