Caregiver
Silvana Senior Care is seeking Caregivers to assist in the care, well-being, and safety of our residents.

Responsibilities :
Perform safety checks on residents.
Assist in bathing, dressing, feeding, resident hygiene management and medication assistance.
Escort residents to / from meals and activities.
Assist residents in emergencies, including calling 911 when necessary.
Clean resident rooms, complete laundry, assist with resident dietary requirements, including meal preparation.
Chart and document appropriate information; complete incident reports.
Provide and lead resident activities.
Participate in training.
Ensure safety and health of residents; report any health, safety and sanitation concerns to the administrator.
Report known or suspected elder abuse pursuant to LOC 341A (within 2 days of an incident).
Qualifications :
Must be 18 years of age.
Possess DOJ and FBI fingerprint clearances.
Current first aide and CPR certification.
Completed a health screening and negative TB test in less than 6 months or completed within 7 days of hire.
Must be able to lift 20 lbs. unassisted and push 40 lbs. unassisted.
