Job Summary
As Polaris Adventures continues to grow, the Senior Fleet Manager plays a pivotal role in leading the Fleet team in; forecasting, ordering, logistics, and disposition readiness across our nationwide network. This role is accountable for ensuring the right vehicles are in the right place at the right timemaximizing value, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a cross-functional environment, working closely with Fleet, Account Management, Operations, Risk, Marketing, and Finance teams. In turn, able to balance Outfitter & Dealer needs with Polaris Adventures' core values, driving implementation and continuous optimization across the outfitter network.
This is a dynamic, high-impact role requiring strong leadership, business acumen, problem-solving, and communication skills to manage complex processes and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications & Skills :
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $136,000 to $169,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
