Our  Water Restoration Technicians  are responsible for responding to water-related emergencies, such as floods and leaks, to mitigate damage and restore affected areas. Duties include assessing the extent of water damage, extracting water, removing damaged materials, implementing drying techniques, sanitizing affected spaces, and using moisture meters to monitor progress. Providing exceptional services to our customers while following company policies and IICRC Standards are essential for this role.

Must have at least 1 year of water restoration experience. Candidates must be flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the business as needed. This includes carpet cleaning when water restoration job volume is low. A strong team-oriented attitude is essential.

Average pay range : $18-21 / hour

These are field-based positions and require travel in and around the surrounding area.

Qualifications :

  • 1+ years water restoration experience is a must
  • Valid, US driver's license
  • Clean, not necessarily perfect driving record
  • IICRC Certifications are a plus but not mandatory
  • Able to move / lift / push / pull / carry an average of 50lbs.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and overtime
  • Related experience and / or training in sales and working with the public, or equivalent combination experience preferred
