This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Engineer II, Full Stack in the United States.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer II to contribute to the development and optimization of software solutions that support critical healthcare programs. In this role, you will work on backend systems, APIs, and user interfaces, ensuring robust data interactions, security, and performance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams using modern software development practices, including test-driven development and CI / CD pipelines, to deliver high-quality features. The ideal candidate is proficient in Golang, Angular, and cloud technologies, and is passionate about building solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. This role emphasizes problem-solving, system optimization, and mentoring peers while delivering scalable and maintainable software. You will have the opportunity to influence project outcomes, streamline processes, and contribute to the organization’s mission of enhancing patient care and provider experience.

Accountabilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and user interfaces to support healthcare applications.
  • Implement and optimize data interactions, ensuring security, integrity, and performance at scale.
  • Contribute to frontend development using Angular, informed by UX designs and user requirements.
  • Leverage test-driven development and automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress) to ensure high-quality software.
  • Participate in CI / CD processes using Jenkins, deploying features reliably and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications, data models, and integration requirements.
  • Support other team members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative, knowledge-sharing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of software development experience with full stack expertise.
  • Strong proficiency in Golang, Angular, SQL, and cloud environments (preferably AWS).
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines, automated testing, and software QA methodologies.
  • Solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills with attention to code quality and maintainability.
  • Ability to write clear, concise, and well-commented code, as well as comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Knowledge of software development processes, tools, and agile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, API design, and integration with frontend and third-party systems.
  • U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
