Active Secret Clearance required for this role. Seeking a highly motivated System Integration / Test Engineer. The System Integration / Test Engineer will support Close Combat Systems (CCS) Line-of-Business (LOB) supporting Growth and Development (G&D) and / or Independent Research and Development (IRAD) activities.

The candidate is responsible for technical support, risk reduction and improvements of multiple legacy missile programs. This candidate will perform activities including development testing, systems integration, system qualification, and flight test initiatives. In this role, the candidate shall be responsible for analyzing design specifications / requirements, determining verification methods, development of test documentation, development of Integration and Test processes, execution of system component integration, and coordination with Customer program offices and test facilities for test planning and execution. This candidate will support tasks related to design specifications / requirements, validation and verification review, support qualification and environmental testing.

Responsibilities :

• Developing Test Plans, Test Procedures, Test Reports and leading Test Readiness Reviews (TRRs)
• Test Coordination (Security, Shipping, Logistics)
• HW and SW test planning and execution (i.e., component, lab, field)
• Integration and testing troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
• System / subsystem integration including for make and buy hardware
• Familiarity with test / evaluation techniques
• This position requires the ability to travel to Ocala periodically and Eglin AFB 1-2x per year
