A company is looking for an Administrative & HR Operations Assistant (AI-Driven Environment).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the full onboarding process for new hires, including document management and orientation setup
Maintain organized records in HR databases and support the Talent Acquisition team with interview scheduling and candidate communication
Create and update resumes and professional profiles, and prepare client-facing presentations and candidate summaries
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
4+ years of experience in administrative or HR support roles, preferably in technology or consulting
Proven experience managing onboarding and employee documentation processes
Advanced proficiency in G-Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive)
AI-savvy mindset with experience using productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Zapier
