Caregiver (Non-Medical)

About the Role

Caregivers provide non-medical in-home support aligned to each client's Viska Care Plan, including post-cosmetic surgery recovery support, new-mother recovery (mother only), and daily-living assistance for adults. Care is companionship-focused and does not include clinical tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide safe assistance with ADLs / IADLs : grooming, bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility / transfer support, light housekeeping, laundry, and meal prep.
• Offer companionship, observation, and emotional support; encourage hydration and rest.
• Medication reminders (no medication administration).
• Transportation / errands : appointment pick-up / drop-off as assigned.
• Support post-operative comfort measures (positioning, ice / heat per care plan), and new-mother recovery needs (mother only; no infant care).
• Observe and promptly report changes in condition; escalate per Viska protocol.
• Accurately document visits in EVV / app; protect client privacy (HIPAA).
• Maintain a professional, discreet presence in the home; follow safety and infection-control practices.
