As a Loan Support Associate, with the Dealer Floorplan Auto Reconcilers team, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager's discretion. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. At this time, this role requires a minimum of in-office presence in Pittsburgh once monthly, but candidates should be prepared for potential changes to more regular in-office presence if needed as business needs evolve. The Dealer Floorplan Audit Reconcilement team monitors the collateral (vehicles) that car dealerships book to their Dealer Floorplan accounts. Reconcilers are assigned markets that they are responsible for reconciling audits performed by our third-party vendor. All information is available via the Datascan Audit Intelligence system. As a Loan Support Associate, every morning there will typically be new audits that you will need to review for completeness and send out correspondence to the dealer requesting payments on loan for vehicles that were sold and are now due, as well as requesting any documents / information that the auditors were not able to review during the audit the previous day. In this role, you will also notify Relationship Managers (RM's) of any outstanding or unusual findings. After completing your "first day" reconciles of audits, you will need to work through any responses you have received from dealers (aka Follow-Up) and update any audits in AI with the documents / information. You can also expect to be a part of daily and monthly reports that will be assigned out for you to work on. • Processes and / or reconciles transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures. Partners with internal and / or external business partners to route communications, documents or other action items to complete transactions. Identifies and may address or resolve exceptions; escalates appropriately. May interact with customers and have assigned accounts or portfolio.
• Ensures the appropriate materials and documentation are available to complete transactions.
• Provides responses and documentation to inquiries and ad hoc requests. Completes research and provides feedback on workflow and work received.
• Reviews transactions and related documents and verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy and conformance to established service levels and applicable policies and procedures.
