Scottsdale Family Smiles is excited to announce an opening for a Dental Sterilization Techto join our dynamic team. Located in the heart of Scottsdale, our practice is dedicated to providing top-notch dental care in a warm and welcoming environment. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside professionals who are committed to excellence in general dentistry, cosmetics, reconstructions, implants, and Invisalign treatments.

This is not a remote job and requires the candidate to be present at our Scottsdale office. We operate Monday to Thursday from 7 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM, with occasional Fridays as needed. Our ideal candidate is someone who embodies professionalism, skill, and dedication to patient care, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for each individual we treat.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and ensure necessary equipment is ready for use.
• Engage with patients to provide information about dental procedures and discuss treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment that complies with OSHA and other regulatory bodies' safety standards.
• Collaborate with the dental team to streamline office operations and enhance patient satisfaction.
• Continuously update professional knowledge and participate in educational opportunities appropriate to the role.
