This is an in-person role at our Cedar Park, TX campus that demands your full presence and attention. You're the operational backbone who transforms school logistics into growth opportunities and ensures a seamless campus experience that supports Montessorium's Montessori vision.
What You Will Be Doing
- Conduct compelling campus tours that convert prospects to enrollments, crafting personalized follow-ups and managing the admissions funnel to meet growth targets
- Respond to all family inquiries within 24 hours, proactively identify and remove enrollment obstacles, and guide prospects confidently through the decision process
- Implement and document safety protocols with precision, lead required drills, and maintain impeccable compliance standards
- Oversee daily campus operations, facilities maintenance, vendor relationships, and serve as primary technology troubleshooter
- Orchestrate polished open houses and campus events that showcase Montessorium's unique educational approach and community
- Provide short-term classroom coverage during staffing gaps—supervising transitions, recess, and basic oversight for K-6 students (ages 5-13)

Basic Requirements

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD / hour, which equates to $60,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
