Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily cafe & restaurant operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage and train front-of-house staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality service.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Implement and uphold restaurant policies and standards.
- Assist with scheduling and managing staff shifts.
Qualifications :
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in cafe & restaurant management or supervisory roles.Strong leadership and communication skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
