Senior Project Manager Site / Civil Construction — Airport paving and aviation roadway experience a plus.

Job Responsibilities

• Work with superintendents, architects and engineers to establish project priorities and coordinate activities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects and engineers.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Create and manage Owner's contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders including all financial reporting internally and externally.
• Understand and implement all contract requirements and day-to-day activities to achieve them.
• Complete and / or manage day-to-day activities from project startup to closeout with the project team.
• Participate in business development and community engagement opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and technology utilization.
• Support recruiting, training and mentoring of employees.
• Estimating ranging from full projects to individual scopes and change orders.
• Constructability reviews, safety oversight, and contract reviews.
