Base pay range

$50,000.00 / yr - $70,000.00 / yr

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and deliver highly qualified candidates using techniques and resources including market research, data sourcing tools, referrals, networking
• Cold call and interview prospective candidates
• Conduct a preliminary assessment of the candidate\'s skills, abilities, experience, and willingness to make a career change
• Identifying the key decision makers at organizations and coordinate phone conversations and zoom conversations
• Maintain accurate records of connections and scheduled appointments
• Share, track, and monitor search and marketing email campaigns
