About The Team

Integrated Systems is comprised of two of Anduril's business lines : Space and Intelligence Systems. This team is responsible for developing and deploying systems that combine hardware, software, sensors, and advanced AI / ML technologies. Key aspects include :

• System Integration : Merging diverse componentsautonomous sensors, embedded processing, communication networks, and control softwareto create cohesive products.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration : Working closely with teams across various engineering fields (hardware, software, AI, and data analytics) to ensure seamless operation and optimal performance.
• Operational Solutions : Delivering real-time situational awareness and decision-making tools designed for defense and national security applications.
• End-to-End Development : Overseeing the full lifecycle of product developmentfrom initial design and prototyping to rigorous testing and system integration.

About The Job

We are looking for a Head Of Division Operations to join our rapidly growing Integrated Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for all internal operations of this Division, while partnering directly with the General Managers and Operations leaders of the individual Business Lines. Your work will vary from quick-turn operational fire-fighting, building and redesigning processes, to leading high-impact strategic projects. This role requires you to be a trusted partner to each part of the business (product delivery, engineering, production, and corporate), and to work with and support both the division and the business lines to drive toward business success.

US Salary Range : $190,000 - $285,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and / or training, critical skills, and / or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
