First-timers accepted : (Y / N) Yes Only if More than 2 years experience in a Level 1 Trauma Facility

Weekend REQ : Y per call policy

Certs REQ : BLS

Is on-call REQ? (Y / N) What is the req? Yes 3-4 weekday and 1-2 weekends per 6 week schedule period.

Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes will float within service line

Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y / N) No

What is the local radius rule? Home address must be at least 75 miles from facility

Cardiac and Thoracic cases primarily

Vascular (Open and Endovascular Procedures), Transplant (Liver, Kidney, Pancreas), Whipples (Pancreatic Procedures),

Start times : 0630, 0800, 0900, 1100....2300; rotating shift times

M-F

3-4 Weekday and 1-2 Weekend call shifts per 6 week schedule required
