Position Overview
We’re seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to provide short-term counseling, wellness sessions, and crisis-support services to adults, couples, and families.
Clinicians will deliver confidential annual check-ins, short-term therapy, and trauma-informed care, as well as participate in post-incident debriefs and wellness programming.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and family therapy sessions (in-person or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth).
Conduct confidential annual wellness check-ins and short-term counseling (up to 10 sessions per case).
Deliver trauma-informed care focused on stress, grief, anxiety, trauma, and workplace challenges.
Participate in crisis response, post-incident debriefs, and follow-up counseling as needed.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with Arizona licensing standards and agency policy.
Collaborate with the Clinical Director and other clinicians on treatment planning and case reviews.
Attend team check-ins, peer consultations, or trainings (virtual or in-person).
Qualifications
Preferred Skills & Attributes
Active Arizona license as one of the following :
LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker
LMFT – Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting.
Experience working with trauma, PTSD, or first-responder populations strongly preferred.
CISM, EMDR, or related trauma-response training a plus.
Must carry professional liability insurance and hold a fingerprint clearance card (or be eligible to obtain one).
Strong communication skills, reliability, and compassion.
