Overview :

• Must be able to train on the 1st shift to transition to 2nd shift.
• Hands-on experience in facility maintenance
• Maintains a safe and sanitary environment for visitors and staff
• Completes, coordinates, or supervises repairs and preventive maintenance tasks
• Responsible for the interaction and coordination of facility contractors
• Ensures all work is completed in a safe, prompt, and professional manner
• Conducts daily building / property inspections and takes action to address issues
• Responsible for control of building keys
• Responsible for building pest control program
• Maintains inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies
• Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports as needed
• Provides guidance and training as needed
• Completes required training classes
• All other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
