Epi Process & Equipment Engineering Manager

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing yield rates and overall equipment efficiency (OEE). You will lead process improvements and manage a team, both directly and indirectly, with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Optimize yield rates to enhance production efficiency.
• Improve overall equipment efficiency (OEE) through effective process improvements.
• Lead and manage a team of 18 direct and indirect reports.
• Engage in hands-on activities to support team and equipment reliability.
• Implement statistical process control methods to maintain high standards in semiconductor production.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $180000.00 / yr. PTO, Health, Dental, Vision, etc.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Hillsboro, OR.
