LinkedIn's Business Development team is responsible for driving growth, engagement, and monetization globally by identifying, executing, and managing partnerships and strategic initiatives. We are looking for a Manager to oversee partnerships for our Jobs Marketplace, which enables LinkedIn's 1B+ global members to find and apply to jobs and help companies find the right talent.
Job Description
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about LinkedIn's vision to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce, is able to develop a deep understanding of LinkedIn's products and services, and who excels at the type of strategic thinking that can help identify win / win scenarios for both LinkedIn's members and partners. This person will be a key member of LinkedIn's Business Development team and will be expected to help shape the future of LinkedIn's partner ecosystem in a way that supports LinkedIn's goal of creating the world's first economic graph.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $142,000 to $232,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
