Entry Level IT Technicians

Gophermods is looking to hire and train you to be an A-player Repair Tech who will contribute to our goal of becoming the nation's leading tech solutions provider. You would be using your expertise to provide high-quality repairs and services for a wide range of devices to drive our repair and IT services forward to schools and businesses. About the role

Our roles support two key service tracks; Education Repair Services and White Glove Services . Your day-to-day will include a mix of :

Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of devices including Chromebooks, Macs, Windows laptops, iPads, and tablets.

Meet productivity benchmarks of 10 repairs / day.

Record accurate notes, ticketing, and invoicing in company systems.

Apply tactical knowledge to collaborate with team on improving repair processes, driving efficiency and service quality.

Provision, configure, and deploy large volumes of devices with accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain organized, safe, and efficient workspaces.

Adapt quickly to changing client needs and project priorities.
