PAP Specialist

A company is looking for a PAP Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure customers receive PAP equipment by scheduling appointments and providing instructions

Prepare and submit audit paperwork for Medicare and other insurance claims

Monitor and manage clients on Positive Airway Pressure devices, encouraging compliance

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

One (1) year of experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services

Two (2) years of work-related experience required for senior level positions

Experience in a Medicare certified HME, Diabetic, Pharmacy, or home medical supplies environment is preferred
