You are the memory the guest will remember most, you will be the embodiment of their breakfast experience. Your job is to provide friendly, attentive and timely service to help create an unforgettable breakfast experience for all of our guests
Performance Expectations
- Treat customers and co-workers with courtesy and respect
- Arrives on time for all scheduled shifts and meetings
- Makes eye contact and greets guest enthusiastically
- Receive assignment at the beginning of each shift
- Respond promptly and courteously to guests requests, ensure the ultimate in satisfaction with the food, service and ambiance
- Handle all food and beverage orders, and accurately enter orders in our point-of-sales system
- Be an adaptable and invaluable member of the team; deliver food and beverages, seat guests, bus tables, wipe down walls, etc.
- Perform side work at the beginning, middle and end of each shift according to our outlines
- Maintain a clean restaurant, from tables to pantry, refrigeration units to host stands
- In a timely fashion, prepare the bill, deliver said bill and thank our guests for dining with us
- Notify manager-on-duty any time a guest is not 100% satisfied with their experience
