Analytics And Strategic Initiatives - Vice President

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Firmwide Analytics and Strategic Initiatives team that provides operational and strategic support to iCapital's growth. The person in this role will be a trusted business partner across all areas of our business driving critical strategic initiatives set by the executive team and leveraging data to inform critical business decisions. This role will focus on implementing the company's core growth strategies, defining and maintaining KPIs, and working cross-functionally to improve processes and business operations. The ideal candidate has proven leadership strength, strong analytical and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a world class business operations, analytics, and strategic initiates team.
• Support the design, creation, and implementation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
• Improve reporting frameworks to drive better decisions with data-informed insights.
• Deliver data-driven insights and business intelligence from all parts of the business to help senior leadership and business owners make important decisions.
• Execute strategic initiatives and drive programs to improve operating processes and reduce inefficiencies.
• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders to align and mobilize teams on the most critical company objectives and opportunities.
• Help build and drive processes by developing plans on how to best use resources including people, technology, capital, and creating organizational structures, processes, and tools to achieve, measure and optimize outcomes.
• Partner with the Finance Business Partners and FP&A teams, who are primarily responsible for forecasting, reporting, and budgeting.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $190,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus. We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Employees in this role will work in the office four days, with the flexibility to work remotely one day. Every department has different needs, and some positions will be designated in-office jobs, based on their function.
