Kleinfelder's Construction Services team is looking for a Project Manager experienced with Construction Materials, Engineering, and Testing (CoMET) for our Raleigh, NC office. This role supports projects across North Carolina, focusing on ensuring client satisfaction through effective leadership, technical guidance, and delivery of high-quality construction materials testing and inspection services.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and service delivery teams.
• Mentor and manage operational staff (field and laboratory personnel).
• Communicate with clients, staff, and supervisors to deliver high-quality construction materials testing and inspection services on a consistent basis.
• Coordinate work to ensure budgets and schedules are met and that work product meets client needs and Kleinfelder standards.
• Set and pursue results-based goals, prioritize tasks, and provide leadership and motivation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance for staff.
• Develop and review project proposals.
• Promote Kleinfelder's services to new and existing clients aligned with the business plan.
