Bookkeeper Position

Looking for a friendly and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team in the internet industry! You will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial records are accurately maintained and up-to-date. Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate financial records, including cash receipts, invoices, and payments
• Process and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
• Create monthly financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Manage and track inventory and assist with purchasing decisions
• Coordinate with our accountant to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with other financial or administrative tasks as necessary
