Assemble and maintain physical structures, using hand or power tools. Able to clean the area to move furniture. Performs other duties as requested. Effective interpersonal / communication skills. Ability to understand written and verbal communications. Ability to understand verbal instructions. Ability to read, understand, follow, and enforce safety procedures. Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and supplies. Ability to lift, push / pull, and manipulate heavy objects up to 55 pounds. Must pass a background check. Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
The job responsibilities primarily involve physical labor, including moving and assembling furniture, equipment, and materials, and maintaining a clean work environment.

The supervisor provides formal supervision. The position requires independent completion of tasks.
WORKING CONDITIONS :
The principal duties of this position are performed in an indoor and outdoor environment, involving physical work.

This position is subject to pre-employment drug testing. DLP Services has a Drug Free Workplace Policy which includes Post-Accident Testing, Random Testing, and / or Reasonable Suspicion Testing.
