About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Product Strategist to drive the vision and execution of our advanced cross-chain wallet and DeFi ecosystem. In this essential role, you will define and champion the product strategy and roadmap for a platform that enables seamless direct peer-to-peer trading across diverse blockchains. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market, user, and competitor research to uncover critical feature opportunities and address user pain points.

You will translate our product vision into clear specifications, user stories, and success metrics, collaborating closely with a remote engineering team to deliver outstanding user experiences. A key component of the role is balancing the decentralization ethos with regulatory requirements while keeping informed on competitive trends and emerging technologies in the DeFi landscape.

To thrive in this position, you should have a minimum of 5 years' product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on crypto or blockchain environments. A proven history of building and scaling consumer-focused crypto applications, including wallets, DEXs, and DeFi apps, is crucial. Ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of blockchain architectures, smart contracts, non-custodial systems, and DeFi mechanics, alongside knowledge of atomic swaps, HTLCs, and decentralized architectures.

Experience in remote-first settings, effective stakeholder management, and an analytical, data-driven decision-making approach is required. A technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience is a must, with a preference for those knowledgeable about DEXs, multi-coin wallets, cross-chain protocols, or atomic swap technology, and who understand regulatory frameworks in the crypto sector.
