Responsibilities include proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, meeting sales quotas, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening / closing business, and daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Qualifications include the ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, or 35-40 hours per week for full-time, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends, customer service experience, a friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals, polished professional appearance, excellent communication skills, attention to detail and organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to stand, bend, and walk for 5-8 hours per day.
