North Memorial Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join the Internal Medicine team at Maple Grove Clinic . The CMA will support providers by managing patient flow, performing clinical procedures, and assisting in the coordination of patient care across diverse age groups. Key Responsibilities :

• Perform rooming, vitals, immunizations, injections, and medication administration as directed by providers.
• Assist with lab specimen collection, basic x-rays (if certified), and point-of-care testing.
• Support communication between patients, providers, and clinic staff.
• Manage prescription refills, prior authorizations, and documentation in EMR.
• Provide front desk / check-in support, stock supplies, and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and providers to deliver excellent patient-centered care.
