Your Responsibilities :

As a CNA, you will be central to our mission, helping residents with their daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being as outlined in their individual service plans. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Providing exceptional care and support with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
  • Responding promptly to resident call lights with empathy and efficiency.
  • Monitoring dietary needs and preferences to ensure proper nutrition for our residents.
  • Assisting in recording vital signs as directed by nursing staff.
  • Notifying nursing staff of any changes in residents' conditions without delay.
  • Qualifications :

  • Valid CNA certification.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for residents.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with the team as well as work independently.
  • A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
