Senior Compensation Analyst
As a Senior Compensation Analyst you will provide expert-level support in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that align with business objectives. This role is ideal for professionals with deep analytical skills and compensation strategy experience who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market data to determine competitive compensation rates and practices.
- Conduct job evaluations and market pricing to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness, using survey data and analytics tools.
- Design and maintain compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive plans.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to advise on pay decisions and compensation strategy.
- Participate in compensation surveys and interpret results to inform pay practices.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- Support compensation-related projects such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, or system implementations.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data modeling and analysis.
- Run reports and audit data to support our annual compensation review cycle.
- Advise HR and business leaders on compensation-related decisions and policies.
- Support annual compensation review cycles, merit increases, and bonus programs.
- Collaborate with HRIS teams to ensure accurate compensation data in systems.
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on compensation trends and insights.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.57 years of experience in compensation analysis or related HR function.Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency; experience with tools like Workday, SAP, or Oracle.Strong understanding of compensation theory, practices, and legal compliance.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Global compensation experience preferred.Experience in the Pharma or Med Device industry.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.Able to translate complex data into actionable insights.Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00 / hr.
