Early Intervention Specialists, Inc. (EIS) is an infant / toddler early intervention provider in Pennsylvania. We provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3 years who have or are at risk for developmental delays and their families. Our focus is on promoting the growth and development of young children and supporting their families through individualized services.

Role Description

Support caregiver-child interactions and promote communication development by providing speech-language services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays. Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to enhance children's participation in everyday routines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Pennsylvania licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
• Minimum one year experience with infants / toddlers with developmental delays ( preferred)
• Strong knowledge of early communication development and speech-language disorders
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to create individualized, family-centered intervention plans
• Empathy, patience, and cultural responsiveness
• Familiarity with early intervention laws and service coordination
• Ability to travel to homes and community settings
• Engage with children at their level (floor play, movement)
• Use of iPad or computer for documentation and communication
