Protech Facilities Management is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is responsible for managing accounts payable functions while also overseeing vendor compliance documentation. Compensation : $20 - $28 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Use extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software
• Be responsible for the accuracy of the general ledger, and journal entries, and prepare balance sheets and financial reports for review
• Ensure accurate financial records, contracts, tax reports, annual budgets, and financial statements are up to date
• Work with the general contractor or project manager and provide detailed financial reporting to ensure costs, timeline, and budget of construction projects are accurately forecasted
• Process invoices, checks, and payroll accurately and on time and resolve any invoice issues
