Seasonal Tax Processor

Location : Dubuque, IA

Work Arrangement : In Office

This position is a seasonal position from January 2026 to mid-April 2026. This role may be up to 40 hours a week, with an expected schedule of 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work.

Typical Day in the Life

A typical day as a Seasonal Tax Processor might include the following :

• Process electronic or paper copies of client income tax return forms and documents.
• Organize client documents and complete scanning, filing, and / or faxing as required
• Maintain client data with integrity and professionalism; ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Work with spreadsheets and track data in a database.
• Provide a wide variety of administrative support to partners, managers, and staff.
• Enter time record keeping and perform client maintenance and set-up within various software systems.
