Kreg Therapeutics is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to expand our reach in Northern California , focusing on key markets in San Francisco and Sacramento . In this crucial role, you'll be the face of Kreg, bringing our innovative specialty bed solutions to Level I and II trauma centers and high-impact clinical environments.
What You'll Do
- Strategize & Execute : Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase the adoption of our solutions, like Verticalization Therapy.
- Forge Strong Relationships : Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clinical leaders and hospital supply chain teams.
- Become a Product Expert : Master Kreg's full product line, with a special focus on our Catalyst beds, and conduct compelling demonstrations and evaluations for customers.
- Manage Your Pipeline : Develop a healthy sales pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution using Monday.com.
- Provide Market Insights : Act as our eyes and ears in the field, gathering and sharing critical market intelligence with leadership to help refine our strategy.
- Collaborate for Success : Partner with our Clinical Engagement Managers to address customer needs and implement solutions.
What You'll Bring
Experience : 3-5 years of sales experience, ideally within a hospital or healthcare setting, with a focus on high-acuity clinical environments.Communication : Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.Sales Acumen : A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and a strong understanding of consultative selling.Knowledge : Familiarity with hospital sales cycles and clinical practices.Mobility : The ability to travel locally on a daily basis within Northern California, with some overnight travel (approximately 25%).Education : A Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare is preferred.Why Join Kreg Therapeutics?
