Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across Microsoft technologies
Develop and maintain automation tools to improve support operations
Required Qualifications
Proven experience providing technical support in IT, software, or cloud environments
Strong proficiency with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, PowerShell, and Dynamics 365
Familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts and server administration
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
Flexibility to occasionally adjust hours for global event support
