You'll work in a supportive, professional environment where collaboration and growth are encouraged, and your work truly makes a difference. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate financial management and providing expert insights to drive our success. You will :
- Produce accurate financial and management reports that support data-driven decision-making for our management team. Provide insights into financial performance trends and deliver actionable feedback to optimize their financial strategies.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and review income statement items to ensure accuracy. Proactively identify patterns and potential issues.
- Oversee and streamline multiple billing, management, and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Leverage technology and best practices for optimal results.
- Support and collaborate with Firm Administrators, Partners, and other key stakeholders to address financial needs and other responsibilities as needed.
- Assist the Firm Administrator with payroll and other HR related tasks, as needed.
