Key Responsibilities
Lead solution design for Dynamics 365 CE, translating business requirements into technical solutions
Define system integration strategies with external systems and oversee data migration and application lifecycle management
Establish governance, best practices, and mentor technical team members to align solutions with Enterprise Architecture principles
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE, particularly in the Customer Service Module
Strong understanding of system integration strategies and data migration processes
Experience in establishing governance and coding standards in a technical environment
Familiarity with Azure services and third-party application integrations
Experience in mentoring and collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders
